Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied and wish to have a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. After the item is returned, a refund will be issued. Mahjong Mats are excluded from refunds but can be exchanged for store credit after items is received.
